Bluetooth problem

Anyone had any luck with this or spoken to samsung/garmin about it? I am getting close to the return window for the phone and might just switch to something else.

There is hope. This guy https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Wearables/ had the same problem with a different watch but a firmware update fixed it (possible phone update). UAE is on a newer android version compared to EU A21s currently.

Update for the A21s seems to have fixed this in the UK as of today.

I updated my Samsung a21s as well. And it seemed to fix the problem.

It works now! Yeay!

Mine has broken again today after updating garmin connect. *** sake. Don't update to Garmin connect 4.36.2. It was working after the Samsung upgrade and garmin connect update 8 days ago. What version worked last week?? 

4.36.2 works fine here with A21s. Maybe worth you repairing?

Thanks for the reply. Today it seems fine again. After the update it was doing the waiting for phone then would eventually connect but looks good now. 

• Been doing the waiting for phone again. Seems a bit random cos it does work at times. Now it's back to not working at all. Ahhhhh
