As far as I can tell from this thread, nobody has yet submitted a case to Garmin Support using the Garmin Support Center.

That would be the best option, as it appears this is not something…

I doesn't work still. You get to the 3rd step and it goes back to the activity page. I've already updated the case to support when they said they have "resolved" it. Which they have not.
