Hello, I can't sharing photo with stats from Garmin Connect.

As far as I can tell from this thread, nobody has yet submitted a case to Garmin Support using the Garmin Support Center.

That would be the best option, as it appears this is not something…

I opened a chat with them, sent logs etc. They attached it to the existing case. They emailed me yesterday asking for a video of the issue. I've shared this with them. They are aware of the issue and working to resolve. I'll give all on here an update once I have one.

Just chatted with support (https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?productID=73207), they are aware of this issue (latest APP update + Android devices), and the the engineering team is working to resolve. She asked me to send the Diagnostic Report and wait for an reply in a couple of days.

I guess it's safe to say that a fix is on its way! Someone just messed up on the last release, lol.

I too cannot share photo with stats...says error occurred when choosing photo and reverts back to Garmin screen

This happens since I changed phones from Huawei to Samsung

Finally, thanks for telling us even before customer service. The last available update really fixed this issue.
