What is NST?

When you push the buttom on the side for 2 seconds there is a menu. On the menu stands a moon. When i touch it it says NST on or off. But what does the NST stands for?

You did not tell what button, what model of watch, neither what language, so I can only guess that you are using German language and are trying to activate the Do Not Disturb (DND in Engish) mode through the quick access menu (in German it would be Nicht Stören, hence possibly the NST). Check out the details in the user manual for your watch model, but basically it turns off alerts during the sleep.
