Lost data of menstrual cycle

Hello,

I have been using menstrual cycle for a year and been happy with it. Today i noticed that all my data is lost and i have to set up everything again. Is it possible to restore my data?

This happens to me constantly. I want to look at the history or prediction of my cycle, and it invites me to "Get Started." Then I'll look at it later and it will be back. This will happen the same day…

3 years on it’s still happening! Shocking really. All my other data is there but from 1 day to the next my cycle data is gone. So any argument that it’s a different account is nonsense.

The loss of data from a GC account is not very likely. You may be logged into a different account than originally. Try signign out, and signing back in, using the original credentials. You can also check Garmin Connect Web.

My data has also disappeared. I’m signed in to my correct account. I looked a few days ago and it was fine. I looked today and the menstrual cycle information is gone and it says I need to set it up again.

Mine just did the same this morning and I’m seething! It took me 5 months to figure my cycle out from symptom tracking and now the data is gone. It’s nothing to do with logging in with a separate account. Did you find the answer and get your data back?

I did what Trux wrote - logged out and logged back in and it was back. So i managed to recovered all my details.

I didn’t find anything to fix it but it randomly fixed itself after a few days. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.

Mine just did this too. It’s really annoying (and I hadn’t logged out or in with a different account). It disappeared overnight and has made me start over. Which kinda defeats the whole purpose.

This will happen the same day that it gives me reminders about my period.I came here at least expecting Garmin to be acknowledging the bug and saying they were working on it, not gaslighting us over it happening at all.
