Missing data for congratulations

I have my third Garmin now, your rapports is fine and addition from all 3 with steps and km. But the congratulations is starting only from the new watch the old ones is not included. Eks. The new watch is 39 days old and it congratulate for that only and not for the 1660 days I have managed.

  • What do you mean by "congratulations" exactly? Badges? Goals? Personal Records? A screenshot demonstrating the issue may perhaps help. Best would be to temporarily turn the language of your phone to English before making the screenshot, so that we understand what you mean (if you mean the GCM application, that I asumme by your post in the GC Mobile Andorid forum). If you mean the watch instead, then a photo of the situation on the watch would be usefull. 

    However, if there is some problem with some data not being included with a new watch, then it may mean that your device is associated with multiple accounts, and a part of the data lands in the other account. It frequently happens for example when you reinstall the application, or install a new device, and inadvertently sign up a new account instead of signing into the original one. Follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.

These "records" have no impact on the records that are stored on Garmin Connect.
