HI. im having trouble with live tracking on the email it sends to my email address.

It stops tracking about 1 km down the road. It shows this on the email garmin sends. Just says looking for signal. And i have cell coverage throughout the whole ride

Possibly the phone lost or dropped the BT signal to the Garmin device. That often happens for example due to battery optimizing settings on the phone. Have a look at the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide for some tips.
