garmin fenix 6x sapphire with GPS 0.00

Anoche se actualizó el software gps pero algo tuvo que pasar porque la versión gps de mi fenix 6x sapphire gps 0.00 No hay forma de obtener una señal y no hay forma de ingresar manualmente el archivo que descarga la versión válida del GPS. Incluso volví a los valores de fábrica y puse la versión beta 11.10 y no hay forma de corregir este problema. ¿Pueden ayudarme, por favor?

hi, sorry to hear about your mishap

as far as I know this is a case for Garmin Support

but you can try following steps, most likely with a negative result

did you try it with starting an outdoor activity while being outdoors
did you try a sync via Garmin Express, this should provide you with the GPS firmware file on your watch in folder REMOTESW

most likely with a replacement (but I am not Garmin)

with other devices there were some postive results posted after installing beta firmware

try this when you want

clear REMOTESW folder content complete

in the 1110rc zip there is a backdate firmware 1010

install 1010 (lose all settings)

install any 107x beta when you have one

when not install 1010rc again

check GPS ?
