I can't download any golf courses off the Garmin connect app

Every time I try to download a golf course in the app it won't allow me. Everything else up to then works fine. Also I can use the Garmin golf app and it works fine, but it won't connect to my vivoactive HR. Anyone else had the same problem.

I have been using the vivoactive HR for golf for years but in the last two weeks the Garmin app will not transfer data to the watch.
