I have a garmin HR and the digital clock is wrong. It have night time when it is morning. How do I change this?

Time on digital clock is at night time when it is morning. How do I change this? Garmin HR watch.

    Assuming you use Vivoative HR, the manual tells:

    Setting the Time Manually
    By default, the time is set automatically when the vívoactive® HR device is paired with a mobile device.

    1. Hold .
    2. Select Settings » System » Time » Set Local Time » Manual.
    3. Select Time, and enter the time of day.
