Hi!
I have missed a lot of activities on Garmin Connect in the last few months. From May until today. For example, the activity history of my Vivoactive 3 watch shows that during July I have run 146 kilometers, however the Garmin Connect app shows 80 kilometers.
Activities no longer appear in the "ACTIVITY" folder of the watch because they are being overwritten and only the last ones appear.
I don't understand why this happens if I often sync the watch with the app and with Garmin Express.
I have contacted customer service and they have not solved anything because the activities are no longer saved in the clock.
Does anyone know why this happens?

He perdido muchas actividades en Garmin Connect durante los últimos meses. Desde mayo hasta hoy. Por ejemplo, el historial de actividades de mi reloj Vivoactive 3 muestra que durante julio he corrido 146 kilometros, sin embargo la app Garmin Connect muestra 80 kilometros.
Las actividades ya no aparecen en la carpeta "ACTIVITY" del reloj porque se van sobreescribiendo y solo aparecen las últimas.
No entiendo porqué pasa esto si suelo sincronizar el reloj con la app a menudo y con Garmin Express.
He contactado con atencion al cliente y no me han solucionado nada porque las actividades ya no están guardadas en el reloj.
¿alguien sabe porqué pasa esto?
