gps is not working- vivoactive 4

gps on my new vivoactive 4 not working, tried galileo and glonass and nothing helped.. ( at clear sky), and im syncing it to WiFi/ my phone regularly.
what shall I do??

A likely reason is an expired or dammaged ephemeris data file. Connect the watch with USB cable to the computer, and check for updates with Garmin Express. GPS cannot work reliably and quickly without fresh ephemeris data. Read more about it here:

tried as well to connect it to garmin express on my computer, it was written that the watch is updated... tried again to catch any GPS sync afterwards anyway, didn't helped

Try deleting the file //GARMIN/RemoteSW/EPO.BIN, then checking for updates with Garmin Express again. Afterward, verify whether the EPO.BIN was renewed.
