Possibly a daft question but here goes!
I have a Fenix 6 sapphire which I wear whilst I use my turbo trainer. I don't set the Garmin to record indoor bike or anything and just refer to my heart rate whilst exercising
The turbo trainer gives me a. fit file giving me power, speed, cadence, calories and route which I upload via Garmin connect.
Am I right in assuming that this will effectively be twice the calories on my daily count. One for what the Fenix recorded via HR whilst exercising and one from the fit file and is there any way to separate this or stop it from happening before I consume more cake than I'm allowed?!
