I how to change my settings to kilometers

I have changed my settings to register kilometers but everything still appears in miles. Can you guide me on how to fix this problem.

Where did you change the setting? On the watch or in the phone app? And where do you see miles instead of km? On the watch or in the phone app? What Garmin device do you use?
