Garmin Connect 5k training workout not updating on Coach; App and watch seems to be stuck on last weeks stats.

Hello,

I am new to Garmin products and have had my Vivoactive3 for about a month. Today I started week 2 of my 5k training plan and I noticed the workout never saved to the coach. It did, however, save to my daily activity feed. Since I started a new week, the watch face was blank of minutes, steps and floors. When I completed my workout the usual 'your activity is ready to view' popped up and the correct stats were recorded. When I went on to check the activity I saw it on the main daily activity page, however, when I went to check on coach I noticed it was not recorded. I went on to the watch and checked my scheduled training activities and it said I had a workout (the workout I had done) scheduled today as opposed to scheduled for Thursday. I then noticed the stats were showing last weeks results. I tried turning off the watch and re-syncing the device to the app; although both the watch and the app are still showing last weeks stats and Coach has not yet updated today's workout (although it's been recorded on my daily activities). 

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
