Training workouts

Having a problem when I create my own workout and transfered it to my 735xt.. the speed I have set is changing on my watch

anyone had the same issue?

The watch shows the pace of 6 min per mile which is equivalent to the speed of 10 miles per hour, exactly as in the step 3 of your workout, so it looks all right to me.

Any idea how I get it to show me the speed?
