Sleep statistics not displaying in Garmin connect.

Sleep statistics not displaying in Garmin connect. This started on August 12th, directly after Garmin went down or a week due to ransomware. Sleep statistics Have not displayed since. Please help!
Does your Garmin Connect show the daily heart rate data, or is it also missing? If it is there, please post a screenshot of the daily graph for one of the days where your sleep data is missing (GCM Menu » Health Stats » Heart Rate » select day)
I have the same problem, in my fenix 3hr also missing heart rate data. The Watch shows everything, but I cannot find that in the app... neither sleep or heart rate
I’ve seen many folks have issues with sleep tracking showing up in Garmin connect, even after multiple and successful syncs. One day, sleep tracking just stopped showing up in the app for iOS.
I tried everything: re-syncs. Adjusting my times on the web and in the mobile app. Wearing my watch two hours before bed. Ensuring it’s the preferred activity tracker.
Nothing worked. UNTIL I added the sleep on my watch as a widget to see if my watch was even recording sleep at all. And it was. So that let me know the data existed and that there was an issue between the devices communicating.
So whenever I had the Garmin mobile app up on my phone, I’d simply access the widgets on my watch, view sleep, and then It’d pop up automatically in the Garmin app like nothing happened. It was my way of forcing a sync beyond what the app was doing.
The Fix:
So, just add the sleep widget to your watch and view your sleep directly on your watch and then it should sync and start showing up.
