I lost all my training load and status information. How to restore it? Shame to Garmin not to save my data.

I've changed my watch and I lost all my training load and status information. How to restore it? Shame to Garmin not to save my data.

1. Would it suppose, all my life I have to use only one watch?

2. Why I can't use several watches at the same time, changes day by day, due to different circumstances? Since I lost every time my training load/status data.

it's ridiculous. Watch can't have their own training status, they can just observe my human training status.

  • If both devices are compatible with the Physio TrueUp feature, then enable it on both devices. The Training Status should sync. If not, contact the Support. Read more abour Physio TrueUp in the Support document What is Physio TrueUp?

  • Currently, I have only once the device. I was asked to transfer all activities, and have been transferred. Nobody informs me about this program. I saw all my data in Garmin Connect, it's ridiculous, why they have been disappeared.

So it's my data, I want that it has been returned to me. I think it's reasonable.

  • Physio TrueUp is not a program, it is an optional fetaure of the device. Transferring activities is not sufficient for transfering the Training Status. Training status is stored on the device in spearate files, not in the activities. If you made a full backup of the old device before the replacment (always a good idea doing so in case of any problems), you could still restore it, but in the opposite case, just go on with the training, and the Training Status will be evantualy established again.
