This appears to be related to user's location (Spain or nearby), reinstalling the app or logging off/on.
I suggest contacting support for your area by calling or web chatting. If that's not an option…

It starts this morning
It's happened when I fill my login and password and send Garmin app version 4.33
I am not able to connect.
See my list of questions from support, which keeps getting longer. Latest is they want a screenshot, which I cannot provide since I'm not having the issue

Thanks. So far, it appears to be impacting only those users that need to login. They logged out of the app or have reinstalled it.
