If you used an external HRM, then as I wrote, the problem is with the HRM, not sending the HRV datta. You need a compatble HRM.

Well, if it is really caused by a bug, then I do not see how else you want to get it resolved.
I will just be returning the watch because since I buy them I am getting 0 support for this
