HR wrist monitoring

Garmin fenix 6s pro have a problem with heart rate monitoring in wrist. The automatic function for heart rate monitoring is on. At night time HR was few time off by themself and since the morning it stop working. OX not working too.

For how long time has it been working before this problem?

Wrist hear rate and pulse ox are highly effected by the watch fit and placement on the arm. It should have a tight fit and be placed higher up on the arm than regular watches.

What you always should do if you experience anything odd is to just restart the device and then connect to Garmin Express and install any updates. That solves many issues.

If the problem continues you should reset the device to factory settings. That will remove all your settings so don't do that right away.

If the problem still continues after that you should contact support.
