Floor climb is not getting measured properly

Floor climb does not get measured on my Garmin Device.Today I climbed 26 floors and it says 0.

I am observing it on daily basis. There are too much variation between actual and floors measured by device

Some of the same tips are included also in the offcial document: My Floors Climbed credit is not accurate. What can I do?
