If you check the Status page, you'll see:

I was finally able to sync with Relive today. I'm thinking other sites should work now.

Yes, the status page now tells:

Third Party Sync

Newly uploaded health data is syncing to partners. Previously uploaded health data remains queued.

So, at older data you may still experience some delays, before the queues are emptied
