Confused about workout Jeff's 5k training

I just got a Garmin and started with the 5k training plan. I have Jeff as my coach. I'm confused about the following workout 

What do I need to do during 'other'? Run as long as I can or something? Or shouldn't I do anything then, just press the button to start the cadans workout?

    Yes, that's it. The "Other" is just the category of the workout "element". And the lap button does not belong under any other categrories, hence it is under "Other"
