Anyone know why my walking pace is 0.0?

As per the subject, I've set my Garmin Forerunner 35 to 'Walk' and I'm walking (obviously), but the pace on my watch is showing as 0.0. Anyone know why?

Perhaps your GPS is not on, or did not get lock on the satellites. It could be due to an expired ephemeris file (EPO). Try conneting the watch to a computer through the USB cable, and check for updates with Garmin Express - it will reload the ephemeris file.

Yes, normally, when you have a phone with Garmin Connect near you, and a working mobile data, the ephemeris data is downloaded automatically. So perhpas in the first case, there was a connection outage, or another problem during the update.
