Unresponsive garmin connect on android

Garmin connect has become so unresponsive and slow to the extent that it is almost unusable. Are you servers so over extended. You need to do something about it.

Looks fine on my end. It does not look like the servers have any problems. Try forcing the app to stop and restart it. Or reboot your phone.
