Garmin app on my phone says I have a V02 of 44, which is good for my age. My vivoactive 3 says I have a V02 of 44 and excellent for my age! I don't understand?? Am I good or excellent ??
Up to you, if you go to a serious lab and make a test you are probably not the same as Garmin tell you anyway. In the mean time, go for the excellent, sounds better.
