Hola.

Tengo un Garmin 245

Desde que fui padre, salgo a entrenar con mi hijos. En la bici con una silla para el bebé, y corriendo llevo un carro ebikeco....

¿Existe alguna aplicación especial para el Garmin 245 con estas actividades?

Just use the standard Cycling. The Calaories, Intensity Minutes, and other parameters are being adjusted automatically with the higher weight, because your heart rate hages with it too. There is no need for a separate activity type, but if you really wish to have one, just create a Custom Activity based on the Cycling.
