Syncronisation of activities and trainings

Two days ago a activitiy wasn't synced with my phone. I then tried to reconnect my watch to my phone again.

In the result the activity isn't synced. But in addition my training plan isnt synced as well. The watch just says, "syc with Garmin mobile" and the mobile says "will be synced with the next syncronisation". But I fact nothing happens. That's really frustrating.

Any solutions or had anybody a similar behavior?

Have a look at the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide for some tips, or sync over the USB cabe to Garmin Express on a computer

Thank you for your answer. I have no computer to sync. But do you think the missing trainings might work too? Cause until yesterday everything worked well..

If training plan workouts do not sync, try rescheduling one, or editing it and making a minor change, and then sycning again. However, if the syncing does not work, you need to fix that first, of course.
