Activity not uploading

I dont have a computer to manually upload to connect. An activity won't upoad to connect, yet I've done another activity since and this one has uploaded. Any ideas?

    I'm having the same issues with my Garmin instinct, went for a cycle its all saved on the watch but won't show in Garmin connect or strava although I can sit and pretend I'm doing another activity and it uploads straight away
