Hi, my Garmin watch shows my today's activity, but it is not reflected on Garmin Connect. How I can recover that activity, as its important for a 100 Days Challenge.

  • You need to sync the watch with Garmin Connect, either on the phone app, or with Garmin Express on a computer, over the USB cable. If the syncing on the phone app does not complete fully (the white circle around the watch symbol not closing and not turning green), check out the Device Sync Audit in GC Menu » Parametes, look for errors, and either troubleshoot it, or try syncing over the cable. You can also try donwloading the activity from the watch (find it in the folder //GARMIN/Activity/) and importing it manually at connect.garmin.com/.../import-data

    Hi Sir, Thank you for your reply. But I am unable to install Garmin Express at my Desktop. It shows installation failed.

  • In that case use the other link and troubleshoot the Bluetooth syncing with the phone app., or import the file manually as suggested previously too.
