Dog walk problem

I did a dog walk this afternoon. It was split into 3 bits, I think because I stopped to talk to someone and another time when I gave the dog some water. When I got home it had recorded the first and last stretch but did not record the middle bit. How do I sort this out.

Start and stop the Activity manually instead of using the automated Activity detection Move IQ. And disable the auto-stop option in the settings of the Walking Activity (or whatever else you use for the dog walking)
