How to select a course as reference

Hi.

Today I've done the first course of my garmin coach 10k called référence.

The course as been recorded by my watch and well synchronised with garmin connect software. But it's not identified as the référence course of my training program.

How can I link them ?

You have to select the Workout when you are starting the Running Activity on the watch. I do not think you can assign it later in Garmin Connect. Although I already saw some posts here on the forum offering some solutions, I do not think any of them really works. I may be wrong though.

When the workout is properly scheduled, the scheduled workout is offered automatically when you are starting the Run, but when it is not offered, you have to go to the menu of the Run Activity » Trainining » My Wokrouts and select the workout there. If the workout is not available there, it probably failed to load to the watch. In such case go to Garmin Connect, make a small change or reschedule it, and upload again to the watch.
