Connected gps

So I have a problem regarding the connected gps feature by vivosmart 4. Although my smartphone (honor) shows a notification, that the gps is beeing send to the tracker, it still searches for it. I tried to change my position and the distance but cant think of more options. Any ideas?

    Version 4.33 of GCM Andorid was already released, but typically it can take from several hours up to couple of days, before Google Play Store deploys the new software to all servers, and to all devices. All you need to do, is waiting till Google deploys it to you.

    Just installed Connect 4.33 and the GPS works!

    I’m experiencing the same issue with my iPhone.

    Everything worked well and one day it just stoped connecting, even though my phone is showing that it’s sharing the locations.

    iOS 14.4

    I tried to disconnect and reconnect the device, I reinstalled the app, I restarted vivosmart. Nothing helped.

    Anyone have the same problem?

    Possible, but you won't hear from them here, since this is an Android forum, so there is only a very limited number of users with iPhones coming here. You'll get better feedback on the GC Mobile iOS forum, than here.

    Oh, thanks, it’s not that obvious when using the phone screen, I found the thread on google.
