How do I set a personal record?

How do I set personal world record on garmin app.? I beat my last record of longest goal street. But want to earn the badge for set personal world record and beat personal workd record.

Not sure I understand what you want to achieve. But as for the badge Personal World Record, AFAIK, you get it automatically the first day you log your first steps. So typically anyone gets just a few hours after turning on the device. And you get it only once, you won't receive it again even if you beat your Longest Steps Goal Streak record.
