Anyone having this issue? 1 hr of crossfit is 200ish calories. There is no way this is accurate. Any hints?

The calculation of burned Calories does not depend on the name of the discipline you did, but only on your heart rate during the workout, on the average Resting Heart Rate, and on the Heart Rate Variability (used for example for the detection of the anaerobic threshold). So if the Calories burned during an activity do not meet you expectations, one of those values is likely wrong.
And what is is your average Resting HR? If it is really 90, then it is pretty high, so the Calorie burn for 124 bpm cannot be any significant. Typically it is rather 40-60 bpm.
You can calculate the Calorie burn estimate using the formula shown in the thread https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-web/225649/calories-burned-during-runs-are-suddenly-inaccurate
If you do not manage doing it, share the Activity as Web Link, send it to yourself, then post the link. And post the screenshot of the Average Resting HR value for the given day.
