App complains that location services need to be enabled when they are already.

I have a Fenix6 and Garmin Connect on a Google Pixel 3. I've enabled every single possible permission I can for the Garmin Connect app, yet every couple of days I'll get a pop up from Garmin Connect telling me that Location Services need to be enabled for Garmin Connect to work fully, but the popup will mysteriously disappear within 30 seconds without me doing anything. I've checked multiple times that location services are enabled but it still keeps coming up. It doesn't seem to affection functionality at all but is rather annoying.

  • And another here. It wakes me up. Getting frustrated. Fenix 6s pro and Android. I was wondering if it is when my phone goes into battery saving mode. I've found a setting in connect app for notifications that I've switched off but I've no idea what it controls so I might have switched something else off. It's low battery/sensors. I suspect it's not the solution at all but I'll try that before block all notifications.

  • Use Do not disturb (both on watch and phone) during the sleep hours and you will not get any notifications during that time.

  • Thanks, good to know, and that explains why the nights that I can and do switch on the do not disturb it doesn't happen. However, it's not an option for me every night.
