I would much prefer instead of a rolling 7 day summary to have the option to show my week summary, from Mon to Sun. This is much more useful for me to see how my week is progressing.

The only place that you can see the weekly step totals is in the steps report in Garmin Connect Web. View the last 4 weeks and you will see each week and you can view the previous weeks as well.

Hi!
I was wondering why the app doesn't include "This week" as an overview of the running, just "Yesterday" and "Last 7 days"? It would really help to see what the milage for that particular week is (starting on Monday or Sunday).
I know this is included in the site just weird it is not in the app.

Yes, showing the last 7 days doesn't take into account different sessions. Be useful to have this week like you say.
