Chalenge 40km

Bonjour, j'ai participé au challenge 40km, j'ai bien parcouru la distance requise en 1 sortie, l'activité a bien été enregistrée sur mes activités mais le badge correspondant n'a pas été crédité. Merci de corriger le problème. Salutations.

Hello I have the same problem, I've completed the challenge and haven't received a badge, please correct above problem ASAP. Thank you for your assistance

Please share the concerned Activity as weblink (send it to yourself by email) and post the link here. Also, go to the page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/badge-challenge/7B812E58AA7F49CF961D8A0623ECF376 and post the screenshot of the content of the page.

There are several reasons why the ride was not accepted for the Challenge:

You did not join the Challenge before the Activity
The Activity was not recorded with a Garmin device, but rather imported from an external app.
The Activity is not of the type Cycling, MTB, or Indoor Cycling. In such case change the type now.

If all of the three conditions do not concern your case, open the Activity, do a minor edit (i.e. add a Calorie), and save it.
