Problems Syncing Vivoactive 3 music history with a new mobile

I have a new mobile and i didn't manage to sync all the history data. I don't have all the history of my records ) :
I have the vivoactive 3 music

    Are you trying to download the history from your Garmin Connect account to your new watch? If so, then why?

    Or did you sign up a new acount instead of signing in the original one, and hence missing the data from the old device in the new account? If so, then sign out of the new account, and sign back into the old account, register your new device with it, and all history will remain there.
