Problem with export to strava

What can I do to export activities to strava app?

Should be automatic if you have the sites linked. This will sync both sites and all new activities going forward.

Go to the Strava site https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
Under Social Connections click on Connect with Garmin
A popup window will appear, toggle on both activities and courses, then save and agree.
Go to https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation then verify Strava is listed

If you want to export historical activities from Garmin to Strava, that can be done using the export option on https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

Then import into Strava https://www.strava.com/upload/select

Hopefully you don't have too many to export/import. If you're talking years worth of data, there are 3rd party tools, such as tapiriik that can do this.
