Vivoactive 3 apps problem

I buy the vivoactive 3 and i just try to use it. But when I try to download any app form the store, the page said me that I need to update the watch form Garmin Express.. I can't find this app and the vivoactive don't find any update... help me please ,i can't download nothing. Maurizio

I always find suprising that people prefer asking on the forum, rather than entering the term into Google. It is the first hit:

I connect vivoactive 3 to garmin Express but nothing chance. I can download apps only form PC, not from garmin IQ

The app you are trying to download is perhaps simply not compatible with your device. Contact the author of the app, and ask him/her whether there is a compatible version

It's very strange because the game app (for example Titanium) I can download and install if i connect the vivoactive 3 to pc garmin Express but i can't It i try from smartphone garmin IQ
