Group challenge

Since this afternoon the Group Challenges counter , shows less km than really ran.

I.e. yesterday in the June Challenge I was 2nd , and today I jumped down to 28th place.

This issue affect only the group challenge, despite the  activity running kilometers counters total is correct.

At the moment this issue seems to affect only my account, indeed other buddys have again the same total.

Privacy setting was not changed

    We have on run also a Group Year Challenge, and i moved from 1st place to one of the last ones.

    Consider till now I haverun more than 1700km but the challenge shows less than 200km

    there seems to have been a change in how the leaderboard is built: activities now need to be visible for connections and groups. you need to change the privacy settings of your activity, to add up to your total km for the challenge.

    in documentation I can't find that this change has been executed, but it seems to has been done on June 17th.

    Unfortunately for me, the privacy setting is already setted on "visible for connections and group", as well as it was since more a year.

    I found in another group that quit and join in the Challenge helps to fix the issue. Nevertheless I tryed but the problem persists.

    This morning I upload again a new session, but nothing changed

    There indeed seems to be a hitch since yesterday in Challenges for many users. Report it to Garmin Support (since they are perhaps not even aware of it), and wait till they (hopefully) fix it.

    SOLVED

    Garmin has changed the privacy setting in every single activity.

    Strangely, some was remained with group privacy, some one else instead was switched on connection only.

    The frustrating fact is that my challenge started in October 2019, so I have to change a huge quantity of activitys.. but at least it works.
