Why is my watch not tracking my heart rate anymore?

I've got the Vivoactice 3 and it's been tracking my heart rate perfectly fine until 2 weeks ago apparently. It has only tracked my heart rate twice in those 2 weeks when before it was tracked daily. How do I fix it?

Are you telling the watch does not show your HR when you wear it on the wrist? In that case go to the system settings, and check whether you did not inadvertently turn off the HR sensor.

This same thing happens to my forerunner 35 several times per week. I can't figure out what causes it.
