Where do i find My own trainingprograms in my Venu watch?

Ive done a couple of training program in the garmin connect app and have sent them to my Venu watch according to The app, but i cant find them!?

What am i doing wrong?

I am not familiar with Venu, but they are always in the respetive category. For example if you created a Workout of the type "Running", it will be accessible through the menu of the Running activity. In my case (Gargmin Instinct), I enter the activites list (GPS button), select Run, long- press the menu, scroll down to Training » My Worouts » pick up my workout and start it.
