No connection between GARMIN CONNECT and RUNSTASTIC

I´ve tried to pair my GARMIN CONNCET with my RUNTASTIC account.

In the Manual it says I should allow the Connection in the RUNTASTIC app.

Every time I try so, the app tells me, that there is a Problem with the Garmin Servers.

Can u help me with this??

Are you getting the error from the Runtastic app, or from the Garmin Connect app? In the first case, try asking at Runtastic or search their website - perhaps it is a known issue of their interface to Garmin.
