OK, looks all right. Now, go to the page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/badges and in the first dropdown box select "Challenges" (probably Wyzwania in your case), and post the screenshot too.
Hm, strange indeed. Everything looks all right. Try changing the type of the activity at the 10K run to something else (Walk, for example), and then back to Running again. If the badge does not arrive within a few minutes, export the activity as "Original", delete it, and then re-import back through the page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data. Post then the link to the activity, before doing any change on it.

I see no apparent problem. The only remaining possibility that I can think of, is that Garmin somehow by mistake has set the closure hour too early. Try editing the activity, changing the date from Sunday 14th to Saturday 13th. If it does not help either, you'll need to contact the Support. If you do, please report back the outcome - it may help others with a similar issue too.
