Connect mobile rejects working properly

I have longer time the connect app on my android phone, but EVERY WEEK i have TO RESET !!!

This because the -telephonemessages-  stop .

By this i missed very important telephone calls.

For an expensive watch as the FENIX 5 is this unexpectable.

I always follow the instructions from garmin on the site.

I disconnect the watch, i reinstall the connect app.... BUT NO RESULT.

Is there somebody who can give me advice  ? ? ?
