When are badges earned?

I registered for the weekend 10K badge, and completed it on day 2 of the 3 day challenge (yesterday). Should I have been awarded the badge when I completed the activity OR will it not post until the end of the challenge timeframe? Thanks!

you get the badge instantly after completing the 10km run

I also joined the 10km Challenge, then ran 14.5km and am still waiting to be awarded the badge

Try editing the Actviity, doing a minor change (i.e. adding a Calorie), and save it. If the badge does not come within a few minutes, share the Activity as weblink and post the link here.

I think what may have happened is that somehow, even though I was registered for the badge, it somehow dropped my registration? This time, I registered on the website instead of the connect app and ran another 10k today and it awarded it to me right away. Wasn't in the plans but I guess an extra 10K is good for me! Lol!

If you schedule a workout in the calendar the km you do don't add 7p to the challenge. Probably a bug

Schedule has nothing to do with the badge. Verify whether you really sucessfully joined the Weekend 10K Challenge (on the Challenges page). If not, (re)join it now, before it is closed, open the Activity, edit it, change a minor detail (i.e. add a Calorie) and save it. The badge should then appear within couple of minutes.
