I did not get the hiking badge regarding my participation on the corresponding challenge on 3miles. I completed 5,16km that day. Could this be fixed?

I completed the particular hiking 3miles challenge on Sunday 7/6 completing 5.16km without the badge being added in my collection.

Additionally, I changed the description to walking and back to hiking without any success.

Could you please provide your assistance.

Verify whether you really sucessfully joined the Weekend Wanderer Challenge (on the Challenges page). If yes, open the Activity, make sure it is of the type Walk (and not for example Hike). If it is not…

Hi Johhny,

I am facing same issue as you. I had joined the '10K weekend challenge - 12 to 14 Jun". i had completed my 10K run on 12 Jun... i had kept sync-ing to get badge but to no avail and today is already 15 Jun..

Someone ... please help!!!

Verify whether you really sucessfully joined the Weekend Wanderer Challenge (on the Challenges page). If yes, open the Activity, make sure it is of the type Walk (and not for example Hike). If it is not, change it to Walk. If it is, edit it, change a minor detail (i.e. add a Calorie) and save it and wait a few minutes before checking out the Challenge badges.

If you speak about the Weekend 10K badge, do it in similar way, just instead of Walk, the activity must be of the type Run.
